Terms and Conditions

  • All travel costs for a booked event are paid by the client. This includes flight tickets, hotel, and local transportation/logistics for both the lead and assistant makeup artist.

  • A 50% retainer plus the full travel fee is required via online bank transfer to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the booking date via online bank transfer.

  • If you decide not to proceed, there is a 3-day grace period from the invoice date. Within that period, 50% of the retainer plus the full travel fee paid will be refunded.

  • The earliest call time is 7:00 AM. Any booking that requires a start time before 7:00 AM incurs an additional fee of $150 per hour.

  • Additional touch-up time beyond the hours included in your package is charged at $150 per hour.
